What is the policy for sample fees in bulk orders?
If you place a bulk order after confirming the sample, we will refund the sample fee in the bulk order.
What is your monthly manufacturing output and lead time?
We support a monthly output of 400,000 pieces. Our standard lead times are 3 days for garment samples and 3 weeks for bulk production.
How much size deviation should be expected?
There may be a 1-2 cm deviation in different sizes, locations, and stretch of fabrics. The size chart is for reference only, and there may be a slight difference with what you receive.
What levels of fabric elasticity do you offer, and how should they be washed?
Our products feature 3 kinds of elasticity: High Elasticity (two-sided stretched), Medium Elasticity (one-sided stretched), and Nonelastic (cannot be stretched). Wash them by hand in 30-degree water, hang to dry in shade, and do not bleach.
Why are there slight variations in product color and patterns?
Colors may appear slightly lighter or darker due to different PC display settings. Additionally, minor differences in detail and pattern layout may occur.
